Giddy Scarves are dispatched within 3-5 working days and posted via Royal Mail. Overseas shipping may take up to 10 days.
RETURNS
We offer a 10 day hassle free refund on any scarves purchased through Giddy Art website.
We will happily refund the price of your Giddy Scarf should it not arrive in the promised condition. If this is the case please contact us immediately at hello@giddyart.co.uk and email us a photo of the damaged scarf within 24 hours of receipt of your goods.
If you are returning an item to us, it must be returned in its original packaging and arrive undamaged for a refund to be processed. Refunds are generally processed 24 hours after we receive the returned item.
